Sourdough Sea Salt & Flax Crackers

Thin, crisp crackers made from a 24-hour sourdough ferment, finished with olive oil, sea salt and ground flax. Tangy and a little nutty, they taste like the crust of a good loaf. Put them out with goat cheese and honey, or with a tin of fish.
