Psyche Organic Single Estate Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil

Organic extra virgin olive oil from a single estate in Messenia, in the southwestern Peloponnese, made entirely from early-harvest Koroneiki olives. It's green and peppery and works for both cooking and finishing. It comes in a flat pouch with a spout, which keeps light and air off the oil and takes up less room than a bottle.
